3D digital models by adding the raw material (Ti6Al4V powder) layer over layer up to completion of the object
The randomized size and geometrical shape of the Titanium trabecular surface provides optimal structure for bone in-growth and secondary biological fixation of the implant.
The cup is characterized by a reticular structure replicating that of a diamond. The size and morphology of the alveoli provide an ideal habitat for the osteoconduction process, thus accelerating osseointegration.
This product is designed and manufactured in Germany using EBM technology: an innovative additive manufacturing solution.

Liner:
1. Material Specs: Highly Cross Linked Polyethylene
(XLPE), minimizes wear & increases durability
2. 20o hooded liner prevents posterior dislocation
3. Star Shaped profile to avoid rotational movement of the liner with the acetabular cup
